What are the most healthy desserts?

A dessert will be considered healthy if it still has incorporated nutrients to it while having less sugar and fats. So some healthy snacks and desserts are dried fruits, whole grain crackers, and more! If you are planning to make your own, then the easiest way to make your dessert healthier is by incorporating fruits and vegetables. Fruits have natural sugar in it so your desserts will still have that sweet taste – but in a healthier way! And if your recipes require flour, try substituting ⅓-½ of your flour with whole grain alternatives. And if you love chocolate in your recipes, then try to use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate since the dark ones have more antioxidants, fiber, iron, and other nutrients.
