Ingredients

  • 1kg peeled apples, cut into slices
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100g flour
  • 100g yellow sugar
  • 100g butter at room temperature

How to

  1. Put the apple into a tray and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. At aside, with the tips of your fingers, mix the butter, flour, and sugar, resulting in a pleasant and fluffy mix.
  3. Cover the apples with this mixture and put it in the oven for 15mins at 180C until its golden and cooked.
