I am a firm believer that eating healthy or following a certain diet doesn’t mean you have to deprive yourself of the delicious foods and treats out there. And if you are one with a sweet tooth, then all the more reason not to give up on your favorite desserts! With that said, I have here a list of low-calorie dessert recipes that are under 100 calories!
