Weight Watchers Tuna Egg Salad Recipe – 2 Smartpoints Easy Recipe for Weight Watchers Protein & Healthy Protein Nutrition and Healthy Snack with 2 Smartpoints!
Weight Watchers is a great way to eat healthy and lose weight. Where do you get your weekly servings of SmartPoints-friendly foods? Preparing them yourself is a cinch, so here’s my favorite tuna egg salad recipe. It’s super fast, super simple and satisfies even the most picky eater!
Welcome to the healthiest tuna egg salad recipe ever! I am not a huge fan of tuna, but I do like tuna egg salad. This is a protein packed and healthy version of tuna egg salad that will never fail you.
Weight Watchers has been one of my favorite diet programs for a long time. But I’ve been on and off Weight Watchers several times since losing some serious weight in my late teens (in the 90’s early 2000’s) and it really does take time for me to re-adjust to the program. This is why I’ve never really included a tuna egg salad recipe on this blog. Getting used to adding the tuna to a meal is very difficult and the few recipes I have that have included it have made the meal very bland and unappetizing.
But that’s not what I want to focus on with this post — I want you to focus on making an easy recipe for Weight Watchers Protein & Healthy Protein Nutrition and Healthy Snack
