All you need is a bowl and 8 simple ingredients that you can mix together in just about 10 minutes manually.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  •  1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of sea salt

How to

  1. Add all the ingredients together to the bowl and mix with a spoon.
