How to make WW egg roll in a bowl 

If you are looking for a low-carb meal that is still high in protein and fits your diet plan, then this eggroll in a bowl recipe is for you! Aside from it being healthy (and having 0 Weight Watchers points), this meal is rich in flavor and very filling! 

Ingredients: 

1 bag of coleslaw mix 

1 pound of lean ground chicken breast or lean ground turkey 

1/2 cup of shredded carrots 

3 medium scallions

1 tsp of minced ginger

3 tbsp of low-sodium soy sauce

1 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil

Instructions: 

The first step is to brown your chosen meat in a nonstick skillet or wok until cooked all the way through. Then, add the ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. 

Add your coleslaw mix next and stir until everything is coated with the sauce. Add the shredded carrots and stir.

 Add the chopped scallions, and mix thoroughly. Continue cooking on medium-high heat until the cole slaw has reduced by half.

Garnish with more scallions and serve.

Ingredients
