- 1 lime, quartered
Instructions
There are different methods on how you can make a Weight Watchers-friendly Chili:

Using an instant pot or pressure cooker:
Place your preferred lean ground meat in your instant pot or pressure cooker. Choose the Saute or Brown function on the equipment and cook the meat.
Pour all of the remaining ingredients – except the lime – into the pressure cooker or Instant pot. Cut the lime into a quarter and squeeze the juice into the pot.
Press the beans/chili button or meat/stea button and start your machine – make sure that the pressure valve is closed and secured.
Depending on the machine you use, your chili will cook for 20 to 35 minutes.
Release the pressure from your cooker and it is ready to be served!
For slow cooker:
Spray a cooking pan with cooking spray and saute your diced onion for a few minutes.
Add your preferred lean ground meat to the pan and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes or until the meat is browned.
Pour the meat including its juices and the onions into the slow cooker.
Pour all of the remaining ingredients except the lime into the slow cooker. Cut the lime into a quarter and squeeze the juice into the pot.
Cook your chili on high for 3 to 4 hours and serve.
