A lot of people think that if you are keeping a ketogenic diet, it’s all about restrictions because you need to always remember about the high fat, low carb rule.
But I actually always considered keto diet the best! Maybe because I am not a sweet tooth 🙂 The more I do my research on the ketogenic meal plan, the more recipes I find – surprisingly easy and fast to cook, and so tasty that I don’t feel I’m keeping any diet at all! Quite the opposite, I eat everything I would love to have every day anyway!
Today I decided to make my collection of Keto tacos so when we invite some guests home or if I need to have something quick on the go, I could do it without ruining my efforts on achieving the state of ketosis.
I rated the recipes according to my personal preferences, so this top of recipes is entirely subjective ?
