18. Best Keto Roast Pork Tenderloin Recipe
This Keto Roast Pork Tenderloin Recipe is so simple to prepare and incredibly tender, juicy, and delicious! Seared to perfection, finished in the oven, and then topped off with decadent garlic butter. Would you believe this recipe is ready in about 30 minutes?
A delicious holiday meal alongside is fast enough to make on a busy weeknight and elegant enough to serve to guests at a dinner party!
With Easter Upon us, I thought it was time for one more spectacular alternative to ham. Roast Pork Tenderloin takes less than 60 minutes from start to finish and MOST of that time is hands off! As much as you love this baked pork tenderloin the day off, it makes fantastic leftovers as well!
Pork tenderloin is so incredibly tender when cooked right! The key to perfection is knowing exactly how long to cook pork tenderloin (and not to overcook it)!
This recipe is incredibly easy to make. In this recipe, the pork is rubbed with seasonings, seared until golden, then showered with herbs, lemon juice, and butter, then baked enclosed in foil while the butter creates a self-basting butter sauce. Just season, place in a hot skillet, and let the oven do the rest.
17. Easy Keto Pound Cake – Best Low Carb Recipe
This keto-friendly basic pound cake boasts a delightful fusion of flavors. It’s the ideal amount of lemon and vanilla that introduces an additional flavor dimension to this traditional dessert.
Not a fan of lemon essence? Simply swap it with more vanilla essence or another of your choice. The best part about this recipe is its adaptability, allowing you to tweak the flavors to your preference. Occasionally, I’ll use only vanilla essence in lieu of lemon, or mix butter essence with the vanilla one. If I’m feeling adventurous, I’ll stir in some berries prior to baking.
The pound cake’s texture is incredibly rich and dense. It’s so convincingly similar to a regular flour-based pound cake that you could trick someone not following a keto diet into believing it’s the real deal. It strikes the perfect balance of sweetness without being too sweet. If you want an extra hint of sweetness, I’d recommend a small dose of stevia instead of increasing the erythritol amount.
You can freeze this pound cake as a whole or in individual slices. Personally, I find pre-slicing the cake before freezing more convenient. Then, whenever a sudden dessert craving hits, I can simply pull a slice from the freezer. I prefer to let it thaw on the kitchen counter for a few hours – there’s no need to microwave it.
16. Avocado Deviled Eggs – Keto and Low Carb Easter Dinner Recipe
These deviled eggs with avocado are an excellent snack for those on a keto or low-carb diet! Brimming with protein and the beneficial fats from avocados, they’re designed to both satisfy your dietary needs and tantalize your palate.
15. Bird’s Nest Cookies – Keto Easter Dessert Recipe
These charming Easter Bird’s Nest Cookies are not only visually appealing but also delicious and simple to prepare. A sure hit with both children and adults, they make a delightful dessert that is gluten-free, grain-free, low-carb, and compatible with a keto diet.
Going to an Easter celebration just became even more exciting. Everyone will be in awe of the delectable and intriguing appearance of these nest cookies. So, whether you are always the one tasked with bringing Easter dessert or just want something special to whip up at home, this recipe is a must-try! I assure you, there will be no regrets.
Conventional bird’s nest cookies are typically packed with copious amounts of refined sugar and high-carb ingredients. This didn’t align with my dietary preferences, prompting me to devise an alternative that is as aesthetically pleasing as it is keto-friendly and tasty. Needless to say, this dessert ticks all those boxes, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.
Pair a few of these with Sugar-Free Cookie Dough Eggs, Keto Peanut Butter Eggs, and homemade Cadbury Cream Eggs for a truly splendid, sugar-free Easter basket!

14. Garlic Parmesan Roasted Radishes – Easter Keto Recipe
These rosemary-infused, garlic parmesan roasted radishes offer a wonderful low-carb substitute for potatoes. Roasted to perfection, they make a fantastic accompaniment to any meal. Simple, delightful, and ready in just a quarter of an hour.
Radishes, a root vegetable, are notably low in carbs and rich in fiber. While most root vegetables are not typically included in a low-carb dietary plan, radishes are an exception.
According to data from the USDA website, radishes only contain 3g of carbohydrates per 100g serving. Moreover, they are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, and vitamins C and B6.
Radishes’ versatility allows them to be used in countless ways. For instance, consider having them fried or steamed, and use them as a potato substitute in dishes like potato salad or various soups.
If you’re in need of a low-carb and keto-friendly accompaniment for your steak, these garlic parmesan roasted radishes are the ideal pairing. While radishes have a mildly spicy and crisp taste, roasting them in the oven transforms them into a flavorful alternative to potatoes.
Radishes, being low in carbs, are ideal for those adhering to a keto-focused diet. A single medium radish holds only 0.1 grams of carbohydrates. Consequently, you’d need to consume ten radishes to accumulate a single gram of carbohydrates. Additionally, radishes are low in calories, high in fiber, and nutrient-dense.

11. Savory Rosemary Mustard Crusted Holiday Ham – Keto Easter Main Dish
When it comes to the primary course, ham recipes hold a special place in everyone’s heart — particularly during festive feasts. Instead of the usual glazed ham that graced your meal setup, consider a change this time with a keto and paleo-conforming baked ham.
Feel free to get creative with the choice of herbs, incorporating any that appeal to your palate. Nonetheless, rosemary remains a critical ingredient. Similarly, with mustard; you could experiment with dijon, whole grain, or even classic yellow mustard if it aligns with your taste preference.
Though it’s feasible to prepare this recipe in a slow cooker or crockpot, choosing the oven would ideally give you the desired crisp-baked delight.
10. Turnips Au Gratin – Keto & Low Carb Easter Recipe
This recipe is designed for those aficionados of au gratin potatoes who are in search of a more ketogenic diet-friendly or low-carbohydrate alternative.
Though they don’t precisely emulate the taste of potatoes, the amalgamation of two varieties of cheese, heavy cream, and garlic powder significantly help in subduing the inherent bitterness of the turnips.
