22. Bushwacker Drink – Coconut Rum Cocktail

If you asked most people to describe rum classic cocktails, they’d probably use adjectives like “sweet,” “spiced,” “fruity,” or “light.”

And eight times out of ten, that’s pretty accurate.

But rum cocktails can also be devilishly decadent, as is the case with the Bushwacker cocktail.

You’ll make it with white rum, classic coconut rum, Kahlua, Bacardi 151, vanilla ice cream, and sweetened condensed milk.

That alone is enough to give you a sugar high, but then you’ll top it off with Cool Whip (and maybe even some chocolate shavings and a dash of cinnamon) for extra yumminess.

If you’re looking for a sweet dessert drink that’s so good you’ll want to lick the glass clean, try this recipe for the Bushwacker.

21. Jack Frost Coconut Cocktail Recipe

Much like Jack Frost, this cocktail is ultra-cool.

For a start, it’s icy blue thanks to a generous serving of blue curacao.

Add toasted coconut syrup, and you’ll have a sweet crowd-pleaser. Just don’t forget the ice!

Enjoy with best coconut cocktail!

20. Creamy Coconut Margarita

Debating between a pina colada and frozen margarita? Why not have both at the same time!

No, I’m not talking about double-fisting drinks. I’m talking about this rockin’ recipe.

This is a tropical concoction of five ingredients that taste somewhere in between a traditional margarita and a pina colada.

To achieve the right balance, you’ll need quality tequila, cream of coconut, and coconut milk.

To cut through the creaminess, add a dash of Cointreau and fresh lime juice.

If you’re not in the mood for a frozen drink, you can serve this one on the rocks.

19. Tropical Coconut Amaretto Cocktail

If you like anything that has easy coconut in it, well, then, this drink will get you hooked.

In this tropical cocktail, coconut cream, rum, and water team up with amaretto and tangelo to create an unbelievably refreshing treat.

Just a disclaimer, though: there are several little-known ingredients on this list, including orgeat syrup and tangelo.

You can find these at specialty stores, but don’t worry, you can easily swap them out for more common pantry ingredients.

The resulting drink will be just as phenomenal.

18. Classic Piña Colada

And of course, I didn’t forget about the pina colada. This well-loved but simple drink is sweet, slushy, coconut-flavored, and yummy to the max.

The cream of delicious coconut flavor and pineapple juice give it a delightfully tropical base. The white and dark rum bring notes of vanilla, caramel, simple syrup, spice, coco and oak.

Finally, the lime juice, ice, and pineapple chunks add zestiness and texture. This is one cold, refreshing drink that just about everyone loves.

17. Painkiller Cocktail

I don’t know if this lovely, light yellow drink will kill your pain, but it’ll certainly help you forget about it for a while.

It, too, is a tropical delight, and you can have it ready in just 5 minutes.

It’s pretty similar to the Bahama Mama.

It features dark rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, cream of coconut, a dash of nutmeg, and whatever fruity garnishes you want to add.

It’s light and tartly sweet on the surface, but underneath, a rich, spiced flavor adds depth and complexity.

16. Pink Shivers Coconut Cocktail

With or without the colorful sugar crystals around the rim, this is one elegant, sophisticated-looking drink. It’s stunning.

It’s also thick and slushy and has an adorable baby pink color.

Its flavor is rich and tropical, thanks to all the coconut flakes, and once you do add the gold and pink sugar crystals, this looks like a million-dollar drink in blender!
