SUMMER GRILLING RECIPES

30. Grilled Lamb Shoulder Recipe

This Grilled Lamb Shoulder is a top choice for me. It’s sweet and aromatic, with a tender texture and a slightly chewy exterior.

Grilling lamb shoulder is straightforward but yields incredible results. I prefer lamb shoulder over leg due to the marbling of fat, which keeps the meat moist and tender.

Grilling lamb shoulder this way has been a tradition for me, always resulting in perfectly cooked meat. The shoulder becomes so tender that the bone can be easily removed, and the meat falls apart effortlessly.

29. Grilled Chicken Wings with Buffalo Sauce

These grilled chicken wings, doused in Buffalo sauce, are a tasty and simple twist on the classic. They’re irresistible and mess-free. Grill them over a medium flame to crisp the skin.

Start by heating your grill to a medium-high setting. Season the wings with salt and pepper.

Oil the grill grate using a paper towel dipped in oil. Watch for flare-ups or burning and adjust the wings’ position or heat as needed. Aim for a uniform golden-brown color rather than grill marks.

For the sauce, combine garlic and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat until the butter melts. Stir in hot sauce, salt, onion powder, chili powder, and sugar. Keep the sauce aside.

Once the wings are grilled, toss them in the sauce and serve immediately. They can also be accompanied by grilled veggies, with the sauce on the side.

28. Grilled Greek Lamb Recipe

Tonight’s special is Grilled Greek Lamb, marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs for that Mediterranean flavor. Once tried, it’ll become a regular in your summer meal rotation.

Season the lamb with salt and pepper.

For the marinade, mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, and oregano in a resealable bag. Add lemon juice and zest. Put the lamb in the bag, ensuring the marinade coats it evenly.

Marinate in the fridge for 90 minutes, then let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling.

Preheat the grill to high. Remove the lamb from the marinade, discarding the leftover marinade. Grill each side to your preferred doneness, around 3-4 minutes for medium-rare.

Serve with rice or your favorite Greek sides.

27. Keto Lemon Pepper Chicken Kebabs Recipe

These lemon pepper chicken kebabs are soaked in a fresh lemon pepper marinade and perfectly grilled to get an amazing flavor. They make a perfect keto and low carb summer dinner.

I love making kebabs, especially chicken kebabs. I think everybody knows that chicken is the favorite meat in my home. Besides being cheap, it’s healthy and very versatile. There are thousands of recipes that you can make with chicken.

These lemon pepper chicken kebabs are perfect for a barbecue or a summer party. They can be grilled in the oven, on a Charcoal fire or in a grill pan on the stove. Lemon chicken has always been one of my favorite kinds of chicken. And this recipe is one of my favorite. I love the tangy lemon complimented by the kick of the black pepper, such a good pairing.

These chicken skewers come together in about 30 minutes. They’re studded with juicy chicken pieces, red bell peppers, and chorizo.

26. Easy Grilled Salmon

This grilled salmon fillet is an excellent go-to choice for summertime. It’s simple to prepare, incredibly versatile, and even tastes fabulous cold the next day—so don’t hesitate to make one even if you have no grand events lined up this weekend.

25. Teriyaki Smoked Steak Bites

Everything teriyaki flavored is my jam. Take these steak bites, for example, they’re gone in minutes when I’m around.

These mini appetizers are explosive! Marinated in a sweet and smoky teriyaki sauce for that exquisite taste.

Cooked on the pellet grill, they acquire a crunchy outer layer, while maintaining their super succulent and juicy interior.

24. Smoked Brisket

Brisket is the pinnacle of comfort food. Merely imagining it makes my heart flutter. It’s one of the rare dishes that can brighten up my darkest moods.

That being said, I never thought brisket could improve. That was until I tried this recipe. Smoked brisket takes the crown!

From its fork-friendly texture to its juiciness to its beefy flavor, this brisket scores a 12/10.

Pair this with a side of crushed potatoes, and that’s the end of the story!

23. Traeger Smoked Baked Potato

Baked potatoes are such a basic dish. They’re hearty yet lack flavor on their own.

However, if you cook them on a pellet grill, the whole game changes.

Sure, they’re fantastic with a dollop of sour cream, chives, and the works.

But even without the toppings, they’re delicious. The pellet grill infuses the potatoes with a fantastic smoky flavor!

Above all, the recipe is straightforward. No additional steps are involved. The only change is using the grill instead of the oven.

22. Smoked Ribs

ow can we talk about Traeger recipes without mentioning ribs? Summer is incomplete without this quintessential grilled dish!

Numerous smoked ribs recipes are available online, but this one yields the juiciest, most tender meat that falls off the bone!

The taste is also phenomenal.

The ribs are smeared with mustard, Traeger rub, maple syrup, and brown sugar.

Combined, they create an incredible medley of sweet and sour, savory and smoky, and utterly amazing flavors.

Pro-tip: I know waiting is tough, but do it! Allow the ribs to rest for 15 to 20 minutes before diving in. This guarantees maximum juiciness.

21. Grilled Chicken Wings

Chicken wings are typically deep-fried or baked, but believe me, your trusty Traeger grill can produce equally amazing wings.

The chicken skins are as crunchy as they can get! Meanwhile, the meat is incredibly tender and juicy.

Even though they’re seasoned with basic ingredients—olive oil, salt, and pepper—they’re still amazingly delicious.

Their simple flavor makes them perfect for dipping!

You can go the classic route and dip the wings in buffalo sauce, blue cheese, or ranch, or get a bit more adventurous with Moroccan herb, soy-ginger, or wasabi mayo.

20. Smoked Shredded Beef Dip Sandwich

Why not kick off our culinary journey with an explosive taste?

Nothing tames an empty stomach better than a fulfilling beef roast sandwich.

Delicate, shredded beef is smoked low and slow on a wood grill and simmered in an au jus sauce.

This juicy concoction is then nestled within buttery submarine rolls and showered generously with smoked gouda for good measure.

However, the story doesn’t end there. This impossibly delicious sandwich is given a dip in the savory au jus – just because we can!

I adore how the au jus permeates the bread just enough to soften it, while retaining some crispness. Absolutely delightful!

17. Traeger Kabobs – Smoked Hawaiian Pork Skewers

Skewers taken to a new height on the Traeger. These Smoked Skewers surpass their grilled counterparts in flavor and texture. This is due to the lower heat which ensures a moist, tender piece of meat. These Hawaiian Smoked Pork Skewers are marinated in a Teriyaki Sauce and threaded with fresh veggies and pineapple. They start with a low smoking temperature but are finished over high heat with a Teriyaki glaze.

16. Smoked Mac N Cheese Stuffed Peppers

This skillet blackened salmon is a culinary highlight, whether you’re enjoying the great outdoors or dining at home. It’s a straightforward recipe, requiring just a few ingredients, and with a little preparation, it becomes an effortless yet exquisite campfire or home meal.
