- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Drain any excess grease.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Stir well and cook for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve on soft bread with your favorite toppings.
I like to add pickles and cheese to mine. This is a quick and easy meal that is perfect for a busy weeknight.
