Today’s blog is going to be a bit of a history lesson. A Paleo meal plan is a lifestyle wherein you eat the food that our ancestors used to eat decades before civilization started. Aside from it being historically captivating, Paleo meals are also an excellent diet for people who are weight conscious. More importantly, it makes for a really delicious meal. In this post, I am going to share with you some Paleo dinner recipes that I know you’ll be excited to try out. 

Paleo Dinner Recipes With Chicken

I love chicken! If you ask me any meal that involves a chicken would be really fantastic. But that’s not the reason I am sharing this with you. 

This was actually the first paleo meal I’ve tasted. The idea came from a friend of mine. She gave a couple of paleo dinner recipes with chicken

And I want to share with you some of my favorite ones. 

  • Mexican steak and chicken fajitas 

This meal would usually have tortillas in it. But instead of that, you could add in some paleo-approved steak. 

  • Garlicky Greek Chicken

I’m not really a fan of garlic but it’s amazing how a couple of garlic has added a unique taste to this Greek chicken meal. 

 

  • Grilled Honey-Lime Chicken with Pineapple Salsa

I love serving these to guests. What’s great is that you could tell a little back story about paleo meals as your guests munch on these goodies. 

They’re perfect for any meal of the day. What’s more, is that you could eat them as you go if you ever find yourself in a jam.

Paleo Dinner Recipes With Coconut Milk

Coconut milk is really interesting. I don’t find a lot of coconut milk-based food here in Portugal but I do know of one place where it seems to be pretty popular – the Philippines. 

So when I heard of paleo meals being mixed with coconut milk, it really got my attention. I just wanted to taste and it was awesome! And I just have to share some of the paleo dinner recipes with coconut milk that stole my heart. 

  • Tropical Green Smoothie

I know! It didn’t sound like a paleo drink to me. I mean how did people make smoothies back in the time without blenders? I guess we’ll never know but what I do know is that this smoothie is worth a try even though it’s packed a lot of greens. You get to add in some spinach, banana, kale, chia seeds, and most especially coconut milk.

  • Roasted Acorn Squash and Apple Soup

The coconut milk itself makes this soup really creamy even without the use of dairy products. Add in some celery, apples, and ginger to keep it refreshing. 

  • Paleo Baked Pears

I can’t begin to tell you how much I love this dessert. It’s made with ripe pears, coconut milk yogurt, chopped nuts, coconut sugar, honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla bean paste. It’s a bit gooey and all but will really make your taste buds sing. 

Easy Paleo Dinners for a Week

I think this is the section we have all been waiting for. After all, the main reason we’re all looking at these paleo recipes is weight loss.
