At first glance, packed lunch doesn’t seem so appealing. But you’ll be surprised. With a bit of creativity and love for the kitchen, you can have some really awesome packed lunch. When we talk about cold lunch, the first ideas that come to mind would be office lunch or school lunch. But think harder. It could also be for recreational purposes. Let’s say that you decided to go on a picnic with a couple of friends or perhaps a certain organization.

Cold lunch for school can go two ways. It could be for you if you are a college or graduate school student. Or if you’re a mom just like me, you could be wanting to make some good old cold lunch for your own child. This is something that kids or even you yourself will love. It’s a great alternative to peanut butter.

When I first started to make packed lunches for an entire week (as a way to save time), my fridge would be full half of the time.
Little did I know that I could actually get away with making cold lunches without storing them in a fridge or having to rely on a microwave oven to make the food tastier.
