If you have quite a lot of time and wood in your hands, then why not create something new and useful out of it? There are tons of useful things you can make with wood. Or if you want, you could also just make some wooden displays to spice up your home.

When my best friend’s daughter turned five, she decided to have a Disney Frozen themed party. I made these easy DIY centerpieces featuring snowflakes and sparkles – everything Elsa loves! This pretty Frozen center piece idea also doubles as a party favor since guests can take them home to use as magic wands! Just let each guest choose a snowflake wand to bring home and practice their freezing powers.

I created these beautiful resin bookmarks last week and this week I decided to try another medium: WOOD! I pulled out my Cricut Maker and used the knife blade to cut out my creation!

When I was in middle school, we had to take a quarter of technology classes every year. We used power tools and hand tools, which, now that I think about it, is super dangerous for a 9-year-old kid.
